About me
Born in Bucharest just before the fall of communism, my fascination with technology started early—blame it on the mesmerizing dial-up tones. By age 12, I was knee-deep in programming, and by 15, I was building websites—back when tables were cutting-edge web design. My passion for tech was clear, and I spent my early years creating digital solutions for businesses. So, naturally, I opened a business in… you guessed it… hospitality.
It was a small bistro cafe in Downtown Bucharest that became my "laboratory" for marketing experiments. Every day, I was there—testing new strategies and observing how customers reacted to things like billboards, daily specials, and happy hour deals. That hands-on experience with customer service and real-time marketing was invaluable.
In 2019, I moved to Toronto, embracing a new chapter. Becoming a Canadian citizen in 2023 was a milestone, but the journey is far from over. Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of Talent on Tap, I apply all those lessons—from tech to hospitality—to help businesses unlock their potential through dynamic, customizable marketing solutions.
Bruno & Mars: The second breakfast club

Meet Bruno, my Golden Lab and one of the great loves of my life. He lived across two continents, first in Europe and later in North America, and was a constant companion through more chapters of my life than I can count. Bruno passed away last year at 13 years and 4 months old. He was gentle, steadfast, always ready for an adventure, and somehow still managed to make even the ordinary parts of life feel fuller.

This is Mars, my Maine Coon with a serious attitude and a whole lot of charm. Like Bruno, Mars has lived on two continents and adapted to his Canadian life with zero concern and full confidence. He turns 9 this September and remains equal parts watchful supervisor, quiet tyrant, and expert-level nap strategist.
