Scribbles
Hello, World.
Every blog starts somewhere. This one starts with twenty years of being inside the problem and a few things worth saying about what that actually looks like.

Marketing strategy, brand work, commercial growth. I've worked with businesses at different stages: some finding their footing, some scaling fast, some quietly leaving money on the table without quite knowing why. That's the work. This is where I write about it.
Why The Whiteboard?
Not because I have everything figured out. Because thinking out loud, in public, with some skin in the game, tends to produce sharper ideas than thinking in private and publishing only the polished version.
The Whiteboard is where the thinking happens before it gets clean. Strategy, growth, the decisions that don't show up in case studies. What worked, what didn't, and the occasional thing that seemed obvious only in hindsight.
Who this is for
Founders and operators. People who are past the "how do I start" phase and into the harder questions: how do I grow this without breaking it, why isn't the revenue matching the effort, what am I actually selling and to whom.
If that's the conversation you're in, you're in the right place.
What to expect
Posts run when there's something worth saying. No cadence for its own sake, no content for the algorithm. The categories are loose: strategy, growth, commercial thinking, and occasionally something that doesn't fit anywhere but needed to be written.
